Speaker: Daniel Friess 26 Jul 2022

Given that our remaining mangroves now cover only 8.1 sq km, Associate Professor Daniel Friess from NUS’ Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, who is also the Deputy Director of the NUS Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions, reminds us that mangroves should be prized not only for their rich biodiversity, but also their ability to help us mitigate and adapt to climate change.
