The Honourable Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the US Supreme Court, delivered a public lecture at our NUS Bukit Timah Campus as part of the Lee Kuan Yew Distinguished Visitor Programme. He shared his thoughts on judicial activism and judicial minimalism to past decisions he had made, including one on gun control.
