Other Important Information | Admissions Outcome Most applicants can expect to receive admission outcome online by the 3rd week of May. IB applicants who are taking the May 2026 examination will hear from the University by the 3rd week of July 2026. You will be notified at the email address provided in your application form when the admissions outcome is released. Download your electronic admission outcome letter for details. Acceptance Accept the offer of admission through the Joint Acceptance Portal (JAP). Acceptance indicated through the JAP will be reflected on Applicant Portal, three calendar days after the acceptance deadline.
The University will not issue any acceptance status letter upon receiving your acceptance online. You may login to the Applicant Portal to view your acceptance status after the JAP window. | |||

Updating and Submission of Final Results (If applicable) Applicants who will be sitting for Advanced Placement Test, Gaokao, HKDSE, Indian Standard 12 (CBSE and ISC examination boards) and STPM in 2026 will be required to update and submit your final result within 3 days upon the release of result through the Applicant Portal. Acceptance Accept the offer of admission through the Applicant Portal by the deadline stipulated on your electronic admission outcome letter.
