  • 1. SELECTION OF CLASS / MODULE

All Residential College students who are eligible to read I&E or RVX modules should participate in the relevant round(s) of class selection in MYEDUREC.

IE1 and RVX modules are available in Select Class Round 2 and 3.

Students should check with their respective Residential Colleges if they need to change their learning plans, or if they are unable to view or select any CELC modules in MYEDUREC. The Registrar’s Office provides more information on the new Module Registration system on their website.

    2. MODULE ALLOCATION OUTCOME

Please go to MYEDUREC (“View Modules” page) to check the modules that are allocated in the respective rounds.

    3. APPEALS (via MSForms)

Date and Time: Monday 9 Jan 2023 9am to Tuesday, 10 Jan 2023 12 noon.
You will need to sign in with NUS account to access the page.

Link for RVX appeal: <link to be updated>

The appeal outcome for the modules will be conveyed via email latest by Sunday 15 Jan 2023.

There are enough places for everyone on the courses but limited places in each class. In the appeal forms, please list three to five different classes that fit your schedule.
We will process appeals based on the students’ listed classes indicated in the Appeal Form.
However, due to the random allocation algorithm and class quota, the eventual placement may not be the top choices for some students.

  • All eligible students will be able to view and select I&E classes hosted by any RC’s. You are encouraged to heed your home College’s advice with regards to the prioritizing of UTCP module selection.

Students who are successfully enrolled in a class after ModReg Select Modules Round 2 and 3 are to attend classes from Thursday, 12 Jan 2023 in Week 1.

Students who are waiting for appeal results may attend any class in Week 1. However, attending the class does not guarantee a place in that particular class if your appeal has not been approved.

Please also note that there is limited seating in the classrooms during the week. Students whose names are on the class list will be given priority to have a seat in the class, remaining seats are available at a first come, first served basis.

There will be no makeup lessons for students who have missed the lesson in Week 1. The materials will be shared via LumiNUS/Canvas when appeal is processed.

You may be placed on our wait-list if the class you wish to enrol is already full. Please submit a manual appeal using the form provided in Q2.

You may exercise your S/U option subject to your S/U option quota and home faculty’s guidelines and approval. Please consult your faculty administrator.

From AY2022/2023 Semester 1 onwards, all IEM and RVX classes will be conducted face-to-face
