English Placement Test (EPT)
Students in the undergraduate programme from the Yong Siew Toh Music Conservatory (YSTCM), who do not possess the necessary English language qualifications are required to sit for the English Placement Test (EPT) set by the Centre for English Language Communication (CELC). Please take note that a student can only sit for the EPT once.
The EPT for Academic Year 2026/2027 is scheduled as follows:

| 2. | The EPT will be conducted in digital format using Examplify. | As the EPT will be conducted in digital format, students are required to attend the compulsory briefing session on 4 August 2026 (Tuesday) at 10am.

| 3. | Preparation for the Briefing Session | It is compulsory for students to attend the EPT/Examplify briefing before they are allowed to take the EPT.

| 4. | Sitting for the EPT test | Students will need to have their identification document with photo (e.g. Student Card, NRIC, Passport) for identity verification purpose before being allowed to sit for the test. |
