First steps into the Helixian Life – Helix in Wonderland: Helix Freshmen Orientation Programme 2025
Helix welcomed our newly joined residents through the annual Helix Freshmen Orientation Programme, themed Helix in Wonderland from 31 July to 3 August 2025!
The 4-day programme featured various activities designed for freshmen to interact, integrate, and embrace Helixian life. In its third year since our establishment in 2023, this year's FOP was revamped to accommodate over 250 freshmen, with 30 Orientation Group Leaders guiding them through a seamless transition into both university and residential life. Highlights included sports-inspired games, exploring Helix House, a scavenger hunt across the Prince George’s Park compound, and wrapping up with a memorable night to celebrate their new journey. This year’s FOP was really a perfect start to the exciting adventures ahead for all our freshmen!
