Preference will be given to Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents/ Malaysians in their final year of study.

The loans are interest free. Repayment can be in one lump sum or in fixed equal monthly installments commencing not later than 3 months after graduation or on securing employment, whichever is earlier.

2 adult guarantors are required. They must be gainfully employed and not declared bankrupt. At least one guarantor must be a Singapore Citizen.
