Undergraduates who have been selected for admission to an overseas SEP partner university.

Recipients of the Undergraduate Scholarship for PRC Students, SIA-NOL Undergraduate Scholarship, Sembcorp Industries Undergraduate Scholarship and Science & Technology Undergraduate Scholarship are NOT eligible to apply for this loan.

The loans are interest free. The maximum repayment period is 3 years for loans up to $3,000 and 4 years for loans above $3,000. Repayment can be in one lump sum or in fixed equal monthly installments commencing not later than 3 months after graduation.

A guarantor is required. He or she must be a working Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, above 21 years old and is neither a bankrupt nor a party to another agreement.
