Undergraduates with a monthly household per capita income (PCI) not exceeding $1,500 will enjoy:
a) 100% subsidy of tuition fees if PCI is $1,000 and below;
b) 75% subsidy of tuition fees if PCI is between $1,001 and $1,200; and
c) 50% subsidy of tuition fees if PCI is between $1,201 and $1,500.

Only undergraduates who satisfy all the conditions below are eligible for the subsidy:

a) You are a Singapore Citizen or a bona fide resident of Singapore and one parent (including adoptive parent and step parent), living or deceased, is a Singapore Citizen;
b) Your race or the first component of the double-barrelled race as stated in your NRIC is MALAY (which includes Boyanese, Javanese, Banjarese, Bugis and Indonesian Extract);
c) Your monthly household per capital income does not exceed $1,500;
d) You are receiving the MOE Tuition Grant; and
e) You are pursuing your first degree on full-time basis.

Download the application form here and the completed form must be submitted together with the required supporting documents to the Office of Financial Aid by the deadlines as specified below. New students are to apply only after acceptance of offer of admission.
