Work Study Assistance
The Work-Study Assistance Scheme may be offered as a component of the financial aid package to needy students. The scheme enables needy students to supplement their finances through part-time work and helps students minimize their debts servicing burden upon graduation. Below are terms and conditions of the scheme:
Please note: An applicant opting for the Work-Study Assistance Scheme may seek on/off-campus job opportunities through the NUS TalentConnect website. This website is also accessible from the Office of Student Affairs website. The Office of Financial Aid does not arrange for the job placement but will issue, upon applicant's request, a letter certifying the applicant’s eligibility under the Scheme for priority consideration by the prospective employer. To allow time for adjustment to new student life in NUS, first year international students are advised not to take up part-time employment during the first semester of study.
