Who is eligible?
Applicant must be a Singapore Citizen who has the Chinese surname 
.
Applicant’s monthly household income is not more than $2,500.
Conditions
Priority will be given to existing Foo Clan Association members.
Non-members who are successful in their applications shall join the Association as members in order to receive the bursary funds.
