📢 System Maintenance Notification – SAP Archive Server

Dear Suppliers, 

Please be informed that NUS IT will be conducting maintenance on the SAP Archive Server during the following period:

• Start: Friday, 29 August, 9:00 p.m.
• End: Saturday, 30 August, 11:00 a.m.

During this window, the SAP attachment service will not be available. As most Ariba invoices require supporting attachments, any invoices submitted during this time may be posted in the finance system (FS2) without their attachments. This could potentially affect processing of your invoices.

To avoid such issues, the “Create Invoice” function in Ariba Network will be temporarily disabled during the maintenance period. The function will be re-enabled once the maintenance is completed.

If there are adjustments to the reopening schedule (e.g., extending until Monday morning), further notification will be provided.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please plan your invoice submissions accordingly.
