Publications and Acknowledgement

Major funding agencies in Singapore, namely, National Research Foundation (NRF), Ministry of Education (MOE), National Medical Research Council (NMRC) and Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) require grant recipients to acknowledge the agency’s funding support in all published materials. Additionally, all publications resulting from the research work funded by these agencies must be made publicly available no later than 12 months after the official date of publication.

The Office of the Deputy President (Research & Technology) and NUS Libraries conducted online briefings from 27 to 29 May 2020 to share the agencies’ publication requirements. The sessions included online demonstrations of NUS Elements and a quick guide on how to go about depositing publications and creating publication meta data.
