The NUS–Cambridge Immune Phenotyping Centre (NCIPC), established in July 2022, is a joint initiative between the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the University of Cambridge. It provides an advanced, comprehensive platform for deep immune phenotyping, leveraging technologies such as high‑dimensional flow cytometry, sequencing, microbiome metagenomics, proteomics, and single‑cell transcriptomics.
The Centre mirrors the Cambridge BRC Cell Phenotyping Hub, ensuring harmonized equipment, workflows, and data standards across both sites, enabling globally comparable immune profiling datasets. NCIPC serves as a focal point for collaborations between basic scientists, clinician‑scientists, and industry partners, supporting research into Asian and Caucasian immune phenotypes and accelerating translational immunology discoveries.
