Mr Ng is Chairman and Senior Partner of WongPartnership, and maintains an active M&A and private equity legal practice. He is a Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Wah Hin and Company Private Limited, and the Singapore Institute of Legal Education. He is also a member of the Senate of the Singapore Academy of Law and a committee member of Lakeside Family Services. Mr Ng graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws honours degree where he was awarded the AV Winslow Prize. He subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University School of Law where he graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
