Ms Chew is Executive Chairman of The Straits Trading Company Limited and the Tecity Group. She is also Chairman of Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad and Deputy Chairman of the Tan Chin Tuan Foundation. In addition, she serves on the governing boards of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, as well as the Board of Trustees of the Wealth Management Institute. Ms Chew graduated from the National University of Singapore and is a lawyer by training.
