Mr Mah retired as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Asia Pacific and Chairman of Deloitte Singapore. He is the Chairman of the National Environment Agency, Netlink NBN Management Pte Ltd, Surbana Jurong Private Limited and Aetos Holdings Pte Ltd. He also serves on the boards of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Flipkart Internet Private Limited, and is a Trustee of the SG Eco Fund. Mr Mah is also the Singapore Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Costa Rica. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, CPA Australia and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
