Mr Shaari is the former Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Singapore. He has over 30 years of banking experience and was conferred the Singapore Institute of Banking and Finance Distinguished Fellow award in 2016. Mr Bahren is a member of the Council of Presidential Advisers and served as an alternate member from April 2017 to January 2020. He is also a board member of SPH Media Holdings. Mr Bahren graduated with an accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore.
