Providing quick and easy access to UHC’s doctors, you can now send
your medical questions to us via @nus_uhc  making us accessible to
you from the comfort of your office.

Ask the Doc isn’t meant to replace your regular and physical medical
consultations with your physician.  And while we do not provide
personal online medical consultations, Ask the Doc offers users
same-day answers to questions not necessarily requiring a doctor’s
appointment.

Ask the Doc is available from:

Mondays – Thursdays:   8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays:                           8.30am to 5.30pm

Replies to questions will be answered within the day during working
hours

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays:

Replies to questions will be answered within the next working day
