Pharmacy

Conveniently located within the same venue, our pharmacy carries a wide array of over-the-counter prescription medications that are available for purchase. These may include basic dressing supplies, vitamins. Our medications are usually priced at a competitive cost.

Prescription Refill

Patients requiring prescription refills for their chronic conditions may visit our pharmacy during operating hours.

This service is only available to patients with a valid prescription from UHC and have no change in his/her dosage since one's last collection of medicine.

Appointing Someone to Collect My Medication

If you are unable to collect your medication personally, you may authorise another individual to do so on your behalf.

The authorised proxy must be at least 18 years old and must present the following documents at the time of collection:
1. A copy of the patient’s identification document
2. The original identification document of the proxy
3. A completed and signed letter of authorisation

Please note that the proxy will also be responsible for settling any outstanding balance during the collection.
