The Economics & Property team at Cistri conducts research and utilises various data analytics methods, including economic and financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, Human Movement Data (HMD) analysis, and geospatial tools, to provide insightful recommendations to clients. Our projects span across Singapore, the Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

1. Jack Backen, Regional Director
Jack has worked with clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Japan, Indonesia, Pakistan, New Zealand and Qatar. Jack specialises in the economics behind property performance with expertise in the retail, commercial, residential and hospitality sectors.
2. Edwin Loo, Associate Director
Edwin has a specialist focus on the nexus between planning, policy, and development feasibility. Prior to joining Cistri, Edwin spent a decade in the Singapore Government specialising in urban planning, urban policy and valuation.
