Said Hasyim
Director of Human Capital & Innovation at Royal Plaza on Scotts, Singapore
Said Hasyim leads the people strategy and innovation agenda — overseeing talent development, organizational culture, and the integration of AI into workforce practices.
A published author of five books on human performance earning over 20 literary awards, Said is a UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab Expert and a mentor at NTU's ConnectMind programme. His work and insights have been featured across platforms including CNA, TechNode Global, and e27. His focus sits at the intersection of technology and human potential.
