Professor Hsieh Tsun-Yan is a rare and complete C.A.M. – a CEO counsellor, a strategic advisor and a mentor to leaders. Over nearly five decades, he has evolved a craft that earned him a global reputation as a leadership guru foremost in connecting with the inner being of CEOs, a strategist with a deep grasp of human dynamics and a legend for mentoring generations of leaders to reach their deeper potential. As the first ethnic Chinese consultant joining McKinsey in1980, he apprenticed with some of the greatest CEO advisors to hone his own craft.
