Terms and Conditions

- Duration: 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026
- Promotion valid for all existing alumni, students and staff of NUS.
- Please inform us of your eligibility when booking and upon arrival. If not declared beforehand, standard rates will apply.
- Apartment booking cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance (by 1800 hours local time) to avoid a 100% charge
- “No show” bookings will incur a 100% charge including applicable taxes
- NUS Alumni must verify via uNivUS mobile app
- NUS Students and Staff must present valid physical/digital NUS card
- Not valid with other promotions or third-party discounts
- The Initial Residence reserves the right to amend the offer without prior notice
- Peak Period Surcharge: Singapore F1 from 02 - 06 October 2025 (includes pre & post events nights). An additional S$100 per room per night will be applied to all bookings during this period.
- Guaranteed Policy: Booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- Cancellation Policy / No-Show: Short stays less than 30 nights – at least 72 hours not later than 1200 hours (property local time) prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's stay excluding Peak Period Dates.
- Full charged if cancelled late, no-show or same-day cancellations.
