  • Promotion valid for all existing students, staff, and alumni of NUS.
  • Please inform us of your eligibility when booking and upon arrival. If not declared beforehand, standard rates will apply.
  • NUS Alumni must verify via uNivUS mobile app
  • NUS Students and Staff must present valid physical/digital NUS card
  • Not valid with other promotions or third-party discounts
  • The Initial Residence reserves the right to amend the offer without prior notice
  • Peak Period Surcharge: Singapore F1 from 02 - 06 October 2025 (includes pre & post events nights). An additional S$100 per room per night will be applied to all bookings during this period.
  • Guaranteed Policy: Booking must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
  • Cancellation Policy / No-Show: Short stays less than 30 nights – at least 72 hours not later than 1200 hours (property local time) prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's stay excluding Peak Period Dates.
  • Full charged if cancelled late, no-show or same-day cancellations.
