Terms & Conditions
1) All NUS alumni, students, staff and faculty members are eligible for the NUS corporate special rate. For blackout periods (refer to non-exhaustive list below), reservations are subject to prevailing rental rates.

b. Chinese New Year: 17 February to 18 February 2026
c. Easter: 3 April to 5 April 2026
d. Relocation Season: 1 July to 30 September 2026
e. China Golden Week: 1 October to 7 October 2026
f. F1: 9 October to 11 October 2026
g. Year End Festive: 23 December to 31 December 2026
2) No reservation is made at this juncture. Apartment and prevailing rates offered is subject to availability upon confirmation of reservation.
3) Once your reservation is confirmed and prior to lease commencement, for any cancellation or amendment to your reservation, please inform us in writing at least 14 days (monthly stays) or 7 days (daily stays, min. 6 nights).
4) Last minute cancellations or amendments is subject to penalty charges amounting to 3 nights (monthly stays) or 1 night (daily stays, min. 6 nights) and prevailing rental rates will be incurred.
5) Once the lease has commenced, no termination is allowed. The full duration of charges will be incurred for early departure.
6) For 1 month stays and above, requests for lease extension are to be made by guests to front desk/sales personnel 14 days prior to departure date. Otherwise, current departure date will apply. For stays less than 1 month, your current departure date will apply. Last minute extension, if required, is subject to apartment availability, prevailing rental rates and apartment/property change.
7) Security Deposit Requirement
- For bookings more than 3 months, a mandatory 1-month security deposit (sum equivalent to the prevailing rental rate before GST) has to be paid upon booking confirmation.
- For bookings more than 12 months, a mandatory 2-months security deposit (sum equivalent to the prevailing rental rate before GST) has to be paid upon booking confirmation.
