NUS-IRB Submission FormsThese forms are accessible to NUS staff only. For non-NUS investigators, please contact us. - All sections should be completed. - Please read our guidelines on ethical review of research using human cell lines for more information.
- Please read our guidelines on research involving commercial cell lines from human source (Non-Embryonic) only. - All human biological sample types used for a research are to be included in this table.
- NUS-IRB review is an ongoing process. Regular re-evaluation ensures that research is conducted responsibly. By doing so, we hope to understand better the needs and problems of researchers.
- A final report/summary of the research should be submitted to NUS-IRB within 3 months after completion of the study. - NUS-IRB should be promptly informed of all adverse events that are both serious and unexpected.
