Payment and other important matters

As the trip would be highly subsidised by the Office of the Provost, students are only required to make a one-time co-payment of SGD300. Students are also required to complete the Travel Preparedness course on Canvas before applying for the trip on EduRec.

How to Apply?

Students are required to apply for the trip via EduRec Setup ID: 03187. The online application will have two open ended questions asking applicants on the reasons for wanting to participate and how they would be able to value add to the trip as participants. CV and (unofficial) transcript are also required to be uploaded to support your application. There will also be interview slots made available for applicants to choose from. Upon successful application, the organising team will provide further details and guidance on the payment and relevant administrative procedures.
