The Jinan Start-up Zone is established based on the major national strategy of the Yellow River. It is located in the north-central part of Jinan, spanning both sides of the Yellow River, with a planned area of 798 square kilometers. It is a physical new zone supported by the Outline of the Plan for Ecological Protection and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin. The development positioning of the start-up zone includes the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, the establishment of a new platform for high-level open cooperation, and a green, smart and livable new urban area. The Management Committee aims to build a talent growth and development platform, providing a broad stage and unlimited possibilities for outstanding talents to do things and start businesses.
The scope of recruitment is 2025 graduate students and doctoral students, including college graduates in the class of 2024 and 2023.
