About the speaker:

Amy Wei is the Senior Product Director at Trip.com Group, where she exemplifies seasoned leadership in steering innovative product developments across diverse platforms including the Trip.com app, desktop, and mobile sites. Under her leadership, Amy oversaw the successful integration and launch of the revolutionary AI assistant TripGen on February 17, 2023, marking one of the first instances an OTA integrated advanced AI into its mobile app. Its successor, TripGenie, launched on July 26, 2023, employs cutting-edge large language model technologies to revolutionize travel planning and booking. It offers capabilities ranging from crafting detailed itineraries to facilitating instant bookings through both text and voice commands, and enhances user interactions with intelligently displayed images and links, leading to swift navigation within the app.

Amy holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She is renowned for her global perspective, exceptional leadership skills, and her adeptness at nurturing international businesses from inception to market leadership, consistently driving outstanding results.
