Step 1

Fill In modular questionnaire

Complete the modular questionnaire via the link provided in the NUS SAP Ariba email notification. Login with the SAP Ariba account that you have registered with NUS.

Complete all questions and submit.

Attach all requested documents and certificates.

Step 2

Fill In additional questionnaires

You may be notified to complete additional Qualification questionnaires for additional information and / or certificates.

The information to be submitted depends on the categories of materials or services that you are providing to NUS and the region that you are based in.

Complete these questionnaires via the link provided in the NUS SAP Ariba email notification, attach additional certificates and submit the form.

Step 3

Approval of your Qualification

Once your qualification is successfully approved by NUS, an email will be sent to you.
