His work combines field-based biodiversity surveys, research and public outreach, with the aim of fostering greater appreciation and understanding of reptiles and amphibians. He is currently pursuing a PhD investigating the effects of forest fragmentation on anuran communities across Southeast Asia. Through this work, he hopes to better understand how amphibian communities respond to habitat change and contribute to more effective approaches to their conservation.
