As a staff member of NUS, you may frequently interact with students and notice early signs of distress in them, hence, you may be in a position to refer them to UCS for further assistance.

All staff and faculty members may refer a student for an assessment and/or counselling. Click here for a copy of the Referral Form. Please complete it and if possible accompany the student to UCS if immediate attention is needed. Otherwise, encourage the student to fix an appointment with UCS while you direct the completed form to UCS.
