Overcoming Insomnia: A Better Sleep to All
With the COVID-19 pandemic, many may be experiencing higher level of stress, anxiety and even symptoms of depression. It is essential to go back to the basics of good health during this unprecedented time — and that includes good restful sleep. Find out what are the common sleeping disturbances and the challenges to sleep during a pandemic. More importantly, let's explore the various relaxation techniques and how you can cope better with good sleeping hygiene.
All talks will be conducted via Zoom. Please observe the following guidelines for a better experience:
• Registration is required. Please register for the time and date that work for you. The Zoom link will be emailed to confirmed registrants prior to the event.
• Talks are open to all current NUS students.
• Talks will begin on time. The Zoom meeting room will be locked after the talk has started; latecomers will not be admitted. This policy is in place out of respect for other participants.
• Ensure that you are in a conducive, safe, and comfortable environment with minimal disruptions during the talk.
• For a more immersive experience, please use earphones instead of speakers.
• Please note that audio and video recording is not permitted during the session.
