NUS Personal Data Protection (“PDP”)
- The NUS Personal Data Protection team is responsible for coordinating PDPA compliance in the University and takes an active role in overseeing and reviewing data protection practices in NUS.
- In compliance with the PDPA, NUS has appointed a designated Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee the data protection responsibilities within the organisation and ensure compliance with the PDPA. The DPO is supported by a Data Protection Executive and the Personal Data Protection team oversees the PDP responsibilities within NUS and facilitates compliance with the PDPA by implementing the 4 Pillars of PDP.
