Over 15 sessions in six months, student groups design and lead activities that bring seniors in the precinct together. These activities, tailored to the needs of these seniors, focus on promoting physical, cognitive, and psychosocial well-being while fostering a strong sense of community.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">As the project progresses, students form meaningful relationships with the seniors, strengthening intergenerational care and support. The journey culminates in a heartfelt farewell, where responsibilities are handed over to the next cohort of students, ensuring continuity of care. This celebration of shared memories and friendships is often also the most well-attended session.
