Students will read a total of 160 modular credits (or the equivalent of 40 modules), as shown in the following schema:<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nus.edu.sg\/nusbulletin\/ay202223\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/21\/2021\/05\/FOE_SDE_2021_curriculum.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1462\" height=\"678\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>The Common Curriculum is jointly developed by CDE and 6 industry partners who sit on the task force. It seeks to integrates knowledge and skillsets relevant to the professional training offered by both schools and to equip students with essential 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0century competencies. Your 40-module makeup will consist of a Common Curriculum, a major of your choice, and a wide range of Unrestricted Electives.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Unrestricted Electives space gives you the flexibility to choose if you would like to deepen your expertise in your major, take a second major, minors, specialisations, general electives or a combination of them depending on your aptitude and
