The NUS Innovation Forum (NIF) is a curated global series by the NUS Office of Alumni Relations to discuss trending topics in innovation. Following its inaugural launch in Manila in May 2024, the forum has expanded to other key cities, including the San Francisco Bay Area and Shanghai, bringing together academics, industry leaders and thought influencers from around the globe.

The NIF Jakarta, set for Friday, 24 October 2025 and supported by the NUS Alumni Network Jakarta, will take on the theme "AI, Innovation and Economic Growth" with two panel discussions. Our esteemed speakers on the Rectors' Panel will share their insights on how universities can drive AI innovation, foster economic growth, and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. In an age of uncertainty and rapid technological change, the Innovators' Panel will examine how impactful start-ups can thrive by harnessing AI to solve real-world challenges.

A showcase exhibition will be set up at the foyer area for our entrepreneurial start-up community within NUS Enterprise's BLOCK71 ecosystem.

Join us at NIF Jakarta for insightful discussions, meaningful connections, and fresh perspectives on education and innovation amidst global economic uncertainties. Be part of the conversation shaping the future!
