Organized by the Welfare Committee, it was a wonderful way to close the year and strengthen the team bonding during the festive season . Held at Ginger Restaurant at the Parkroyal Beach Road Hotel, this event was filled with creativity, laughter, and delicious food, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved.<\/p>\n<p>The day began with an engaging Art Jamming session, where colleagues had the opportunity to unleash their art creativity on canvases. Guided by professional facilitators from Jambart and fueled by a spirit of camaraderie, the room was soon filled with discussions, exchanges of ideas, and laughter. It was heartwarming to see team members, regardless of their artistic backgrounds, came together to express themselves and support one another. The session not only sparked creativity but also fostered collaboration and a sense of unity within the team.<\/p>\n<p>Reflecting after the session, these are some of the comments from colleagues:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;I like it actually. It was messy but fun.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; Fiza<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;I think it is quite interesting.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; Wei Ling, HR Partner<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;I think the art jam session was fun and it was interesting to see how it contributed to the final pieces.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; Cheau Ling, Finance Partner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Following the Art Jamming session, the staff gathered for a sumptuous Christmas Lunch at Ginger Restaurant. The beautifully decorated restaurant, coupled with a festive menu featuring an array of delectable dishes, set the perfect stage for celebration. As we enjoyed the feast, the atmosphere was filled with joy, gratitude, and heartfelt conversations. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year and look forward to the year ahead.<\/p>\n<p>This event was a reminder of the importance of coming together as a team to celebrate and appreciate each other.
