It provides an advanced, comprehensive platform for deep immune phenotyping, leveraging technologies such as high\u2011dimensional flow cytometry, sequencing, microbiome metagenomics, proteomics, and single\u2011cell transcriptomics. <\/p>\n<p>The Centre mirrors the Cambridge BRC Cell Phenotyping Hub, ensuring harmonized equipment, workflows, and data standards across both sites, enabling globally comparable immune profiling datasets.
