She is also interested in forest restoration, disturbance ecology and fruit and seed dispersal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biography <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kay is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions at NUS. She is exploring aboveground carbon estimation over Southeast Asia using optical satellites and structural attributes . She was trained as a field ecologist and remote sensing scientist.
