Biodata

Dr. Cecilia MURNIATI is currently a faculty member in the Faculty of Language and Arts Soegijapranata Catholic University in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Her research interests span from the integration of technology for classrooms, English teaching and learning to higher educational policies and leadership studies. Cecilia has been actively engaged in research projects on educational technology and language teaching funded by numerous institutions such as the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and the United Board. 

Her research has been published in nationally accredited journals in Indonesia and other reputable journals such as Journal of Computing in Higher Education and New Directions in Teaching and Learning. She has extensive experiences in managing a journal. She was a Business Manager and an editor in Celt (Culture, English Language and Teaching) Journal since 2012 to 2017. Cecilia currently serves as an Associate Editor of the Computers and Composition Journal and a reviewer for numerous journals including Computers and Composition, Asian Women, Praxis, Patria, and Celt (Culture, English Language and Teaching) Journal.
