Mr Constant Tong (Computing ’91), Founder, Insane Meals
Mr Constant Tong is an entrepreneur in the F&B and tech (gaming/Fintech) space, with experience from USA, China and Southeast Asia. He now runs a Food Tech company which focuses on specialised or plant-based diets and lifestyle. He founded Ketomei, a Keto meal subscription service that helps to kickstart and support the Keto lifestyle ; InsaneMeals, a new, 100% plant-based meal subscription service; and also Gourmei – a Keto and plant-based fine dining, online restaurant. Constant’s mission is to provide a healthy lifestyle through nutritious food and technology, and to be part of the plant-based movement to create a more sustainable future for the planet.
Mr Lee Kuan Loong (Arts and Social Sciences ’12), Senior Sales Manager, Impossible Foods
Mr Lee Kuan Loong is the first employee of Impossible Foods Singapore. Kuan Loong has been in the F&B industry ever since he graduated from NUS’ Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences in 2012. He is responsible for expanding Impossible Foods Singapore through business development and forging commercial partnerships. Kuan Loong possesses a strong passion for food, and believes in the potential of plant-based meats for a sustainable future .
Mr Vikas Garg, Founder and CEO, abillion
Mr Vikas Garg is the Founder & CEO of abillion, a global community on a mission to make sustainability a habit for everyone. He launched abillion after a 15-year career in investment banks, hedge funds and government. In 2017, Garg decided to become an entrepreneur, and build a business that would help a growing community of people interested in sustainability more easily find vegan and sustainable food and products, as well as each other.
Ms Bonnie Lau, Certified Dietician
Ms Bonnie Lau is an accredited, practising dietitian with a passion in nutrition, community and corporate wellness, health promotion, research, and international development. She aspires to enable people and advocates for healthy lifestyle behaviours at an individual and broader level.
