Mr Victor Zhu (Science '20), Founder and CEO, Hatch
Victor is the Founder and CEO of Hatch, an impact-driven business to help young adults from all walks of life build meaningful and high-growth careers. In his work, Victor brings in resources and partnerships to build a future of education that is more effective and equitable to all. Prior to Hatch, Victor worked with a range of companies and organisations doing venture building, blockchain research, and international development. In retrospect, his range of diverse and unrelated experiences has prepared him with a useful toolkit to tackle social problems through an objective and sustainable lens.
Ms Charmain Tan (Science '12), Founder and CEO, QuickDesk
Charmain is the founder of QuickDesk which provides one-stop digital sales and marketing solutions as
well as training for SMEs and business professionals. One of her greatest pride is in seeing more than 120 lives transformed digitally with the Professional Conversion Programme for Digital Sales Executive which was launched in March 2021 in collaboration with SGTECH and NUS' School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) with the support for Workforce Singapore. Charmain made Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 list for Enterprise Technology in 2019 and Singapore’s inaugural top 100 Women in Tech List in 2020.
