Post-screening urine & stool specimen collection
For those that have not submitted their urine or stool specimen during the Kent Ridge Staff Club screening previously, there will be a specimen collection on 8th March Friday, 8.30am to 11.00am. (Please submit at the labeled collection box near Staff Club counter.)

Existing User or have attended screening before: Login with password, by clicking 'Returning User Login Now'. (see below)
For New User: create a new account by clicking 'First Time User Of This Portal'

(Mobile number and email address fields are mandatory to access your e-report.)

If prompted for 'CIC', please key in PP107NUSHS13.

Step 2: Confirm your personal details and preferred date & time.

Step 3: Complete the health survey.

Step 4: Print and bring along the confirmation letter on the day of screening.

Please fast for at least 8 hours before the screening.
(Do drink plain water to stay hydrated. All medications, except diabetic medication, can be consumed.)

When screening results are available, you are advised in accordance with a Ministry of Health (MOH) advisory (Aug 2011), to consult a medical practitioner.
