We advise participants to bring their own exercise mat for hygiene purposes.

BELLY DANCE [INTERMEDIATELEVEL]

The benefits of belly dance are both mental and physical. Dancing provides a good cardio-vascular workout and helps increase both flexibility and strength. Belly dance is suitable for all ages and body types, and can be as physical as the participant chooses. As a form of exercise, it can burn as many calories as light jogging, swimming or riding a bike.

KICKBOXING

YOGALATES

Yogalates is a combination of yoga and pilates. The exercises incorporate stretching, strengthening and limbering. The focus is more on developing the physical aspect of the self. There is also an emphasis on breathing and going with the flow. With yogalates, you burn fat faster than with pure yoga, and at the same time get the spiritual wellbeing that yoga brings.

ASHTANGA YOGA

The primary series, Yoga Chikitsa (also known as yoga therapy), helps in purifying the body system – by creating internal heat that tones the internal organs and muscles. It helps to improve overall circulation, create lightness in the body and at the same time it helps to cultivate a calm and focus mind.

You will learn the full series progressively. Sun salutations, standing and seated sequences, as well as inversions. You will also learn the correct breathing method and increase your awareness through focusing on the various gazing points (dristhi). Most importantly you will be guided with proper alignment in each posture through the teacher’s adjustments.

BEGINNER LEVEL

Boot Camp, one of the best training/exercise regime for weight loss/control, endurance, strength, flexibility, agility and bring alertness in one self. It consists of a series of strength training, as well as endurance training. All of these will be part of the training sequence which no other training will enable you to feel the effect of it.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Boot Camp, a workout session which consists a series of strength training, flexibility training, plyometric training, speed/ interval training, as well as endurance training. For those who have previously completed the Boot Camp - Beginner level, they are highly encouraged to progress to Intermediate level. For individuals who are energetic, confident and ready to break mind-body boundaries. This is the class you should never miss!

FEE: $180
