What is Wellness?
Wellness as defined by the National Wellness Association is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.
The key works are:

Process that we never arrive at a point where there is no possibility of improving.

Choices that we have considered a variety of options and select those that seem to be in our best interest.
•
Success is determined by each individual to be their personal collection of accomplishment for their life.
Objectives
The objective of the Wellness Programme is to:

Raise the awareness of staff on the concept and practice of wellness and health

Create opportunities for adoption of healthier choices
•
Facilitate advancement in life-long learning and application of wellness lifestyles
Our Mission
The wellness programme aims to be holistic in its approach and the topics covered
include these six aspects – social, occupational, spiritual, physical, intellectual and
