Alternately, take a break in your week and participate in our relaxation workshops. Back by popular demand, we have added more slots for the year!

Centre Stage: A Workshop in managing relationships

This short workshop focuses on improving insights and skills in managing relationships within ourselves as well as with others. Domains such as peer, professional/workplace as well as intimate/romantic are addressed. It doesn't promise all the answers, but it does hope to offer some clarity on these important but under-discussed topics.
