Collection of Medical Report

For Local Students, collection of NUS Medical Examination Report is not necessary as University Health Centre will be the collection centre.  We will inform your School or Faculty about your medical result.

 

For International Students, the Student Pass Medical Report, chest x-ray and blood test results must be collected personally. The reports are available for collection from UHC one week after testing. Please bring along your passport when collecting your reports.

You are required to prepare an authorization letter if you are sending someone to collect your reports on your behalf.
