Staff Counselling

The University Health Centre provides individual counselling service to staff by engaging an external counsellor. This service is by appointment only. The sessions are available every Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 to 4:30pm. Each session lasts 60 minutes. It is free for all NUS full-time staff. A $10 refundable booking deposit is required. Please contact us at 6776-1631 for enquiry and an appointment.

The University has also engaged the Centre for Effective Living (CEL), an independent, external consultancy, to offer the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The EAP consists of confidential assessment and short-term, solution focused counselling services away from the workplace, as well as referrals to external community or private agencies.
